Happy New Year! Another great start to the year as we have been contracted to install  a built up felt system, including tapered insulation, green roof and safety handrail.

Wilkins Terrace, University college London

The long awaited refurbishment works to this part of University college London is finally going ahead and MWC will be providing the waterproofing works over this large communal terrace area.

Peckham & East Dulwich projects

Osborne Construction have appointed us to install the hotmelt & green roofing works across 4nr separte builds. We are to help in providing additional housing within the Southwark borough.

Constructionline Certification re-approved

MWC have successfully passed thier Constructionline accreditation.

CHAS accreditation

MWC have achieved accreditation from CHAS for our Health & Safety both on and off site.

Unity place, Walthamstow

Kier construction have awarded us the sub-contract to carry out the single ply waterproofing, hot melt waterproofing & green roofing systems. Areas of work are approx 2,000m2.

Old Kent Road, SE1 - Retail, Offices & Flats

We are working in partnership with Allenbuild on this project with over 2,500m2 of single ply works & almost 1,000m2 of green roof to be installed. We have also been awarded the Rainscreen cladding works on the project which amounts to approximately 1,000m2.

Phase 2 Whitehorse Road, Croydon

The Oakwood Group have successfully gained planning for another block to be built & MW have secured the contract for the additional works.

New Build Flats, Whitehorse Road, Croydon

We have secured another project to install Evalon V this coming April! The main contractor is  The Oakwood Group.

Batsworth Road, Mitcham

The Oakwood Group have awarded MWC the contract to carry out the Roofing works to a New Build housing project to be installed this March 2013.

Kings Cross Road

Sond Construction have succesfully secured a housing development on Kings Cross Road & instructed MWC to carry our the Roofing works. We will be installing Evalon V and a Bio-diverse system,

We are to be installing an Evalon V single ply membrane system on a new build project secured by Sond Construction.

This August we have just been awarded the contract for a new build project in South Croydon. The Main Contractor is Oakwood Group.

Academy @ Peckham

This July we have been awarded the refurbishment works to the Mess Hall by the Academy @ Peckham. To which we will be installing Evalastic single ply.

Chester House

Richardsons (Nyewood) Ltd have awarded MW the contract to carry out the roofing & cladding works at Chester House, Brixton this May.
